Ed Tudor-Pole.
Ed Tudor-Pole (born 6 December 1954) was the second presenter of The Crystal Maze, taking over from Richard O'Brien. Richard decided to quit the show after 4 series to concentrate more on his film work. However after just 2 series with Ed as presenter, the show was cancelled in 1995. It was reinstated 21 years later with a Stand Up To Cancer Special - 16 Oct 2016 with Stephen Merchant as presenter. The show returned for a new series in 2017 with Richard Ayoade as presenter.

The Crystal Maze 1993-1995[]
Ed's first episode was Christmas Special - 24 Dec 1993. With Ed as the new presenter, the 4 time zones were given a grungier and more intimidating look. Ocean Zone was darkened down, as was the Future World Zone and even the sunny Aztec Zone ws given a grungier look. Medieval always did have a dark moody look.
Ed appeared in the same episode as Richard O'Brien and Mumsey but they never met onscreen as Richard and Mumsey rode off just before Ed picked up the letter.
